How long do I have to return an item?

To return an item purchased on the www.meandmom.shop website, you must return it within 15 calendar days from the date you received your package. Please note that this timeframe also includes the days for the package to reach our office.

Cancellation of custom orders

Customers are advised that order cancellations for custom orders can be made within 2 hours of placing the order. All other orders can be cancelled within 24 hours.

How do I make a return?

To make a return, you must independently contact a courier of your choice or Poste Italiane and arrange the shipment of the items to be sent along with the return form received inside the package. The return must be sent to the following address: Me&Mom Via Campli 3 00132 Rome

Refund or Promotional Code

For returns, you can choose between a refund or a promotional code equal to the value of the returned items.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Once the product sent is received at our office, we will issue the refund within 15 business days.

Where will I receive my refund?

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase. In case of cash on delivery or bank transfer payment, you will need to indicate the IBAN on the return form to which the amount should be credited.

Are shipping costs included in the return?

Only the actual price of the returned products will be refunded to the user; shipping costs will therefore not be returned.

ATTENTION! Items must retain all tags and be in perfect condition; the item must also not have personalizations or initials, otherwise the return will not be accepted and the payment refund process will not be processed.
Return shipping costs are always borne by the customer. All shipping costs are non-refundable; only the value of the garments will be refunded.
